To follow RBI rules and run AePS, DMT and related services, we may collect KYC details such as PAN, Aadhaar (or VID), bank details and transaction history. We may also collect device and IP data for security.

We use this information to onboard your shop, run services, prevent fraud, settle transactions, and contact you about your account or support.

We do not use this marketing site to collect camera or location permissions. Those apply only inside the MakeMePay app or login where a service needs them.

You may email support@makemepay.in to request deletion of your profile access. RBI and other rules may require us to keep some KYC and transaction records for a set period.

We do not sell your personal information. We share what is needed with sponsor banks, payment gateways, NPCI, hosting providers, and with law enforcement or regulators (RBI, UIDAI) when required by law.

We use security measures and limit access to people who need the data for their work.
