Terms & Conditions for MakeMePay

Use MakeMePay only for lawful shop and customer services. Do not use it for fraud, unauthorised transactions, money laundering, or harm to others or our systems.

You must keep the information you give us accurate.

• Do not use MakeMePay for illegal activity.
• Do not try to break into accounts, logins or networks.
• Do not disrupt the service.
• Do not submit false information.
• Do not use another person’s account without permission.

Some services need an account, shop details and identity checks.

Protect your username, password, OTP and PIN. Never share an OTP or PIN with anyone, including people who claim to be from MakeMePay.

Tell us quickly if you think your login was misused.

Banks, networks and other partners affect speed and availability. A transaction may show as pending while it is checked or settled.

We may correct, reverse or cancel a transaction for errors, duplicates, partner instructions, fraud or legal reasons.

Some services have a fee shown before you confirm.

Refunds and cancellations follow the relevant service provider rules and banking timelines. A refund is not always possible once a partner has completed the service.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Banks, billers, travel operators and insurers may apply their own terms. MakeMePay is not responsible for outages outside our reasonable control.

MakeMePay Private Limited may update services or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms where the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that Indian law does not let us limit.

We may restrict a shop or login if we believe these terms, the law, or a partner rule was broken, or if there is a fraud or security risk.
