makemepay provides a digital platform that enables merchants, retailers, and users to offer and perform services such as utility bill payments, mobile/DTH recharges, travel bookings, insurance services, and other financial services.

We act as a facilitator/intermediary, connecting users with banks, billers, telecom operators, and service providers.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to third-party system availability.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. USER ACCOUNT & SECURITY

To access services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access

makemepay is not liable for losses arising due to negligence in safeguarding account credentials.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

makemepay enables merchants to provide services including but not limited to:

  • Utility bill payments

  • Mobile & DTH recharge

  • Travel bookings

  • Insurance services

We do not operate as a bank or financial institution. All transactions are processed through authorized partners.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time service due to dependency on third-party systems.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. TRANSACTION RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying customer and transaction details before processing

  • Ensuring accuracy of biller/operator selection

  • Maintaining sufficient balance

makemepay shall not be liable for incorrect transactions due to user error.

7. COMMISSIONS & EARNINGS

Merchants may earn commissions on transactions as per company policies.

  • Commission structures may change at any time

  • Earnings depend on transaction volume and service type

  • Settlement timelines may vary based on partner systems

8. REFUNDS & REVERSALS

Refunds or reversals are subject to:

  • Approval from banks, billers, or service providers

  • Verification of failed or disputed transactions

Refund timelines may vary and can take several working days.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, software, and design elements on the platform are the property of makemepay.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

makemepay integrates with third-party providers including banks, telecom operators, and service platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Service delays or failures

  • Errors from third-party systems

  • Data handling practices of third parties

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, makemepay shall not be liable for:

  • Transaction failures or delays

  • Network or system downtime

  • Loss of profits, data, or business

  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. DATA PRIVACY

Your use of makemepay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to data collection and usage as described.

13. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  • These Terms are violated

  • There is a risk to platform security or compliance

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold makemepay harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Misuse of services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Breach of applicable laws

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Government actions

  • Network or infrastructure failures

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
